I became a Licensed Massage Therapist over 10 years ago, to help relieve pain and tension from others. Over the years I've seen how technology is making our pain more unbearable and taking it's toll on our bodies. So I shifted my focus to attempting to correct what technology is doing to us.
A little bit about me: I love to make time and go hiking in one of our local parks/forests. Being around family and friends is important to me. While technology makes it easier to maintain contact, having that physical presence is more healthy for the body, mind and soul. You can occasionally find me playing a video game, or always learning/studying something new for the benefits of my clients and friends/family.
